Do you only offer furniture assembly?
No. Furniture assembly is just one of the services we offer. We also provide delivery, installation, garage organisation and makeovers, clear-outs, and a range of practical home and property services.
Are you able to handle small one-off jobs?
Yes. We specialise in smaller jobs and are happy to help with both one-off tasks and larger projects.
Can services be combined in one visit?
Yes. Many jobs involve more than one service, such as delivery, assembly, installation, or organisation. Where possible, we combine tasks into a single visit to save time and cost.

Do you assemble furniture purchased elsewhere?
Yes. We’re happy to assemble flat-pack furniture regardless of where it was purchased, as long as all parts and instructions are supplied.
How does furniture assembly work?
We assemble flat-pack furniture whether it’s purchased from us or supplied by you. Items purchased from us are often assembled in our workshop prior to delivery so they arrive ready to use. Customer-supplied items are typically assembled on site. Assembly time varies depending on the item.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with the tools needed to complete the job properly.
Do I need to supply materials or tools?
No. We bring the tools required for the job. Materials can be supplied by us or discussed beforehand if needed.
Are you insured and police-cleared?
Yes. We hold appropriate public liability insurance, and all work is carried out by trusted, vetted personnel. If you have any specific requirements, feel free to get in touch before booking.
What if my item arrives damaged or with missing parts?
If an item arrives damaged or parts are missing, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging replacements where applicable.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first so we can confirm the best way to proceed.
